The Garmin CIRQA™ Smart Band is a lightweight health and fitness wearable with a 27 × 47 × 9 mm fiber-reinforced polymer case and fabric ComfortFit band. It provides advanced health tracking including heart rate, sleep score and insights, Pulse Ox, HRV status, Body Battery, stress monitoring, respiration rate, fitness age and nap detection. With up to 10 days of battery life, Bluetooth and ANT+ connectivity, and compatibility with iPhone and Android, it is designed for comfortable everyday wellness and activity tracking.

For training, the CIRQA™ supports training readiness, training status, recovery time, VO₂ Max, training load and workout analysis, along with connected GPS for running and other activities. It also supports a wide range of activity profiles including running, cycling, strength, HIIT, yoga, Pilates, hiking, swimming, tennis and more, while features such as Garmin Connect, Garmin Coach, smart wake alarm, automatic activity detection and step tracking provide comprehensive fitness and daily activity support.
